We are Klesarstvo Petrlić, a stonemasonry company, owner Igor Hermanović, Grabovnica, Ante Starčevića 78, 43240 Čazma.
From customers and requesters we need: full name, address, contact details, and information about the grave owner.
From suppliers we require: company name, address, tax id (OIB), bank details, contact details.
From employees and candidates we require: name, OIB, date/place of birth, citizenship, parents' names, address, gender, contact, position, education, previous work experience, health insurance MBO, bank details and, if needed, data about children or dependents.
We collect data orally, in writing and electronically.
Collected data is used solely to conclude contracts and fulfil obligations. Data is not used for marketing purposes. Data is shared when required by law (accounting, tax authority, occupational safety, etc.).
All data is kept in the office in paper or digital form. Backups are performed using OneDrive and are encrypted and accessible only to us. Offline backups are stored on encrypted CDs. The business application is hosted on a server within the EU and communication is protected by SSL.
Data is kept for the legally required minimum period of 7 years.
We do not use cookies on the website. We use Google services for visitor analytics.
Data is not shared with third parties except when required by law (e.g., fiscalization). Data is not transferred outside the European Union.
